A lot of the value you gain as a member will come from getting involved in, or at least viewing,
listening and learning from various members' only groups and events.
I am continuously recording episodes for my Podcast 'The Learning Ear'.
Topics range widely across the organisational and skills spectrum.
Members will have access to, and be notified of these.
I welcome collaboration with members to create mutually valuable audio content to share.
I run regular open to all webinars, in addition, I will run and record members' only events.
As with podcast episodes, I welcome member involvement around topics and in co-hosting.
Members have access to regular 'drop in' sessions on a topic notified in advance.
These will last typically an hour, or any time longer that suit who is there.
Recording broadens reach, as these unstructured events generate a lot of powerful ideas and insight.
My ambition is to genuinely create a community of active learning and development practitioners.
I will encourage contact, collaboration and mutual high value learning exchange.
This can happen through interaction in various online events, Whats App groups and so on...
Since 1982 I have helped people to learn, and organisations in whole or part perform even a little better.
That helps a little with understanding your specific needs, but not a lot.
