My approach to Coaching
I really do things differently!
I believe helping working one-to-one, on unique needs is the best way to create real value from a learning contact.
My coaching contacts are untimed - I do not clock watch.
An initial exploratory contact is standard practice, a free, bonus diagnostic session to establish your priority needs, and the best way for us to work is not.
I make coaching accessible - my fees for working with self-funding individuals are outlined below.

I have been coaching to accelerate talent development since 1982.
My coaching is a mix of working with individuals,
and within an organisational context.
Most of my coaching is with leaders of all sorts, and fellow learning and development professionals.
I am used to working early and late on any day of the week, and enjoy helping talented people use learning to enhance performance.
